Xero data flow diagram

Below is a break down of what exports to Xero, a lot of this is dependant on the accounts you have set in your chart of accounts.

Data movement from PBSA POS into Xero:

All other data exports as journals from PBSA POS to the accounts set up in your accounting settings.

Additionally we do pull Tax Codes from Xero so you can map them together properly, these will only show in your accounting settings and won't import into your tax codes for your products.
