Label Print Mode
Label print mode requires you to have set up a label printer on the machine being used, and that you have set up your Price or Weight barcode settings under Global Settings > Report / Receipt Text > Price / Weight Barcode Options.
This mode can be accessed from Options at the top of your touch screen, then selecting label print mode. From here you can prepack and pack orders. Both of these have their own sections below.
Pre-packing
When pre-packing you are labelling products to be sold at a later time.
By adding a line item and then inputting a weight (Either manually or via a connected scale) you can then product a product label.
You are able to select 'Auto Print Product Label' if you want this to automatically happen once a weight is entered, otherwise you can press 'Print Product Label' when ready to print the selected line item.
Order Packing
In order to pack an order you will first want to open 'Orders' from the bottom. After selecting the order you want to pack, and pressing select, you will be returned to label print mode with all the line items to be packed present.
Through this you can select a line item, weigh the product or scan a pre-packed barcode to update the weight, then if needed print a new label as well. When done you just need to press 'commit' in the top right same as when taking an order to finalise your changes.
You are also able to automatically assign box numbers and print box labels by pressing "Auto Box Lbl" which will assign the next available box number before printing a box label once you press the check mark on the right side end of the line item.
